Quick update: I had the wrong dates for the planning board meeting. The new date is May 20th. Hopefully we get approval at the first meeting.

Wow! Your project is spectacular; can't wait to watch it go up. I hope you keep up the blog so we can all see the progress & then the finished home. Your lot is gorgeous. About how many square feet will it be?
Thanks for the comments. There will be approximately 5300 sq. ft. of heated living space (not including the basement). The lot is .92 acres.
