Hi - We've been following the construction of your house from the beginning. Your house is beautiful! We are building on Long Island and are having difficulty with stone selection. What is the name of the stone you chose and your supplier? Also, do you know the name of the 2nd floor stain color in your floor color picture?
Thanks for the compliments. Sorry I have not been following the blog to closely and didn't see you comment until now. The stone is from New England Thinstones (http://www.thinstones.com/index.php).I did 70% Cedar Hill, and 30% Old Spruce.
The middle color was Dark Walnut (http://www.minwax.com/products/stains/wood_finish.html#Colors)
Thanks for the compliments. Sorry I have not been following the blog to closely and didn't see you comment until now
