We met with BlueLine Architecture , the architects we chose for the project, last week and they presented us with drafts for the first floor and front elevation. Eric and Wayne , the architects at BlueLine Architecture , were fantastic. In our initial meeting they listened to everything Kathy and I had to say about what we wanted in the home and what we did not want the home to be. They managed to incorporate almost everything on the first pass. Next the architects must work with the site engineer, we chose Map Engineering out of Kinnelon NJ, to position the the house on the lot and consider all of the zoning requirements. We already know our lot has steep slopes, so we might not be able to put the pool where we want it. Please post some comments on what you think of the plans so far.
